Martyn has 18 years experience in the Financial Services and Corporate Finance sectors. He was a founding director of a direct retail Bank for American Express, as well as managing their Pan-European cardmember service division. Martyn has held senior management roles within the outsourcing industry, as well as within building societies and banks. He leads the Salisbury Associates business, which is focused on Corporate Finance communications, and holds the relationship with several key financial service clients. Martyn is professionally qualified with the Financial Planning Certificate, the Securities Institute (Securities Representative), as well as his MBA.
David Chase Lopes is a sales executive whose international career experience includes new commercial development in private equity, capital raisings, proxy solicitation, financial services, acquisition finance, global relationship management and commercial lending. David joined Salisbury from Georgeson, a global proxy solicitor where he was Head of Sales for Northern and Central Europe. Prior to that, David enjoyed 12 years with Société Générale both in New York and its head quarters in Paris specializing in acquisition finance, global corporate finance, relationship management, and sales for global share services. He began his career as an associate at Deutsche Bank in New York. David was awarded a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University in 1992. He holds a BA – Magna cum Laude from Hamilton College and received the Certificat d’Etudes Politiques from l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris in 1989.About Us
